🌟 Community Update
We recently held our 2026 Social Event Planning Session, and it was a fantastic meeting with a great group of volunteers who helped shape this year’s event calendar.
A special thank you goes to Mackenzie Buchanan, who has stepped up to serve as our Social Committee Chairperson! Mackenzie has already been doing an outstanding job working with her co-chairperson (Board Pres., Jeff) organizing the calendar. We greatly appreciate her leadership & time.
Mark your calendars for our first event of 2026: EASTER EGG GRAB!
Sat Mar 28 • 12:00–3:00 PM (see times based on ages on the event page)

🙋 Volunteers Make These Events Possible
Bell Creek events only happen when neighbors step up to help.
Some residents have already committed to helping with certain events, and we’ve created a one-stop volunteer page where you can view all volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
In many communities, the same small group of volunteers often carries most of the workload. We would love to spread the effort across more neighbors so everyone can enjoy the events while keeping things manageable.
Even one volunteer shift this year makes a big difference!
🔗 Volunteer Sign-Up can be found here. Please take a moment to sign up to volunteer!
📣 Join the Social Committee Group
If you enjoy helping with events or just want to stay informed, consider joining the Bell Creek Social Committee Google Group.
This group is used for:
📅 Event planning updates
🙋 Volunteer coordination
💡 Sharing ideas for future events
🤝 Connecting with neighbors who help organize activities
Joining the group does not mean you must volunteer for every event. It simply keeps you connected. 🔗 Join Here

🛠 Clubhouse Renovation Updates
We are excited to share that several improvements are being made to the Bell Creek clubhouse.
The clubhouse was already scheduled for repainting, so the Board took the opportunity to make additional improvements while the work was being done.
Planned updates include:
🪵 Removing the existing carpet and installing new flooring
🪑 Replacing the tables and chairs in the main room
🍽 Expanding the kitchen serving counter area and adding bar seating
🎨 Repainting the interior
🖼 Adding additional decor and finishing touches
Some of the project is being funded from our reserve account which was already saved for future updates. Other portions that enhance the space are being funded as capital improvement funds, approved by the Board.
These upgrades will modernize the clubhouse and make it a more attractive rental space, which should also help generate additional HOA income. 📸 Once the renovations are complete, we will post photos so residents can see the updated space!
🏠Rent the Bell Creek Clubhouse for Your Next Event
Did you know Bell Creek residents can rent the clubhouse for private events?
The clubhouse is a great location for:
🎉 Birthday parties
👶 Baby showers
🎓 Graduation celebrations
🎄 Holiday gatherings
👨👩👧👦 Family events
Residents may also sponsor friends or family members to rent the clubhouse for their events.
📋 ARC Exterior Inspections Coming Soon
Over the next 30 days, the HOA will begin conducting Architectural Review Committee (ARC) exterior inspections throughout the community. The goal is to ensure homes remain consistent with community standards and to help protect property values.
Residents can learn more about inspections here🔗
Suggestion: Preform a self-inspection first!
We strongly encourage homeowners to do a quick self-check now and add any needed items to their honey-do list. This helps avoid the need for volunteers or community management to send violation notices later.
You can review the one-page inspection checklist here 🔗
🏖 Meet Your Neighbors at the Pool
As pool season approaches, we encourage everyone to stop by, relax, and meet some neighbors.
At the most recent Board meeting, the Board approved the purchase of additional pool furniture to:
☀ Add more seating around the pool deck
🪑 Replace several pieces of furniture that needed refreshing
This should provide more comfortable seating for residents throughout the season.
🤝 Helping Our Neighbors at The Bluffs
Our neighbors in the 55+ community, The Bluffs at Bell Creek, are currently dealing with maintenance issues with their indoor pool. To help support them during this time, the Bell Creek HOA will offer optional 2026 seasonal pool memberships for Bluffs residents.
They will be able to purchase either:
🏊 Weekday pool passes
🏊 Full-week pool passes
This partnership will generate additional income for our HOA while also helping our neighbors during their pool maintenance period. We do not expect a large number of additional passes, but the new pool furniture will also help provide additional seating if needed.

Maintaining Our Clubhouse Area: Maintaining our clubhouse area and taking our Clubhouse trash cans to the road weekly is often a challenge (and a responsibility which has fallen on very few). We are asking that willing families sign up to volunteer and help! The task is simple and is explained here. We ask all neighbors consider giving some of their time to this simple task.
